MY PLANTZ boasts a large, state-of-the-art Cannabis production facility. Our facility comprise the following infrastructure and equipment.
Solar Energy
All 6 building amenities are powered by 7000 kW of solar energy. Solar panels with a 550-kW power rating and the most recent solar panels with a 900-kW power rating may both generate electricity. We are able to power the entire facility solely with green energy. During the energy crisis, production costs would be as low as possible.
Air conditioning
External air conditioning unit Water Chiller with a cooling capacity of 600 kW, made specifically for indoor production. 3000 sqm in the area is covered. Each hall has a square, proportional amount of air conditioning, with a number of bulbs with capabilities ranging from 500 to 1000 kW. By the end of 2023, tesla battery is going to be installed where the remaining daytime energy is kept, allowing it to provide 30% of the energy needed at night.
Irrigation System
The irrigation system is fully automated, giving the plant water drop by drop during a 12-hour period while in daily mode. An automated irrigation system delivers water efficiently and effectively, reducing waste and cutting costs. It ensures optimal growth and yield by providing a precise and consistent supply of water on a regular basis. It operates smoothly and quietly, with minimal disruption to nearby activities. It can also be programmed to accommodate different plant species and growing conditions.
Ventilation
We have specifically designed and constructed ventilation units, a dehumidifier (to remove moisture), and a unique Co2 system that adds it to the air as needed.
Air Shower
Air Shower uses ultraviolet light to diminish all dangerous substances and is used to disinfect individuals and the workforce. The machine dispenses a fine mist of water that is combined with the UV light, and this mist is then showered over individuals entering or leaving a workspace, such as a cleanroom or laboratory. As the individuals pass through the shower, the UV light eradicates any bacteria, viruses, or other harmful contaminants that may be present on their clothing or skin.
Genetics
This is our testing facility, where new genetics are being tested in the tent.
Dry Rooms
A GMP-compliant dry room with a capacity of 20,000 herbs per 200 square meters. Also, its designed to adhere to strict controls and minimize risks of microbial growth or cross-contamination. Its primary function is to dry and process herbs for the production of high-quality herbal medicine. The facility ensures strict adherence to GMP regulations for cleanliness, safety, and quality.
LED lamps
Our 645-watt LED lamps with the most recent Samsung chip provide plants with light during the growing and flowering seasons. Since the lights heat up far less due to the approximately 50% energy savings over HPS and the ability to install them vertically in all halls, the yield instantly increases and expenses are decreased.
Plants
We have 7 different types of plants. All have 15–40% CBD and less than 1% THC. Every plant produces 15–40 gr. Each plant is distinctive in its own way.
