Introduction

MyPlantz is an online platform that provides users with the opportunity to rent a certain number of plants or square meters of plants for a defined period of time. Users may choose one of the six available packages, either basic or business plan, with each package having its own fee and set of conditions.

Payment

All payments made by users are considered as a one-time fee rent and cannot be withdrawn. All the payment fees will be spent on the production, harvest, management, sales expenses and costs, and it will last for another five years after the first purchase. Purchased packages cannot be returned and cannot be withdrawn, but can be resold to third-party users.

Eligibility

Affiliates must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of a country where the promotion of cannabis products is legal. The company reserves the right to reject any applicant for any reason.

Bonuses

MyPlantz offers users various bonus opportunities, including long-term bonuses.

Basic Plan Packages

For the first group of basic packages, users would have the ability to rent a certain number of plants. All the packages have each calculation for the lifetime plant cycle (from the planting to the harvest and sales). Each cycle for the production of the plant would last for an average of two to four months, depending on outside factors and conditions. After the harvest, there would be some time for preparing, packing, and distributing the product to the end customer. Users can be sure that this product placement and sales are almost 100% B2B (business to business), as all subsidiaries have agreements with target wholesale buyers. In the end, the whole cycle would be one year after the first packages are purchased and all the bonuses from the plants would be paid after the minimum period of entire calendar year directly to the user. Furthermore, some of the participation bonuses (not all of them) will be paid in the same period. The first withdrawal can also be requested after the first calendar year of the purchased packages (one or more).

Business Plan Packages

Instead of basic packages for the business, users rent square meters of plants. Every package contains a number of plants for each square meter of plants. All the cycles and withdrawal rules are the same as for the basic plan packages.

Important note

After users place their ‘one-time fee rent’, they cannot withdraw them later, whether they rent a certain number of plants (for each chosen package) or the square meter of plants. All the payment fees will be reinvested after every harvest and will last for another five years after the first purchase. All the payment fees will be spent on the production, harvest, management, and sales expenses and costs. All purchased packages cannot be returned back and payment fees cannot be withdrawn. Instead, purchased packages can be resold to third-party users.

Long-term Bonuses

When purchasing a package, users have the option to select the number of years (1-5) for the payment of long-term bonuses. The full bonus can only be received if users select 5 years in the drop-down menu. The choice of the number of years prolongs the payment of the total bonus calculated at the end of each year. Bonuses by year are as follows: 5% / 15% / 20% / 30% / 50%. The long-term bonus is a mandatory field that the user must fill in before proceeding with payment in the shopping cart.

Basic Plan Bonuses

MyPlantz also offers users the opportunity to earn bonuses through its basic plan packages, including Direct bonuses and Second-hand bonuses. Direct bonuses are calculated and paid immediately after referral users below them purchase and pay for their packages. The maximum number of levels for this structure is 10, starting with percentages from 11-20% for each stage. Second-hand bonuses are calculated and paid in the same manner as Direct bonuses, but on each second level below every referral. The maximum number of levels for this structure is also 10.

Business Plan bonuses

Business Bonuses contain unilevel paid structure. In other words, the maximum number of referrals can be unlimited, but the maximum number of sub-levels below each referral can be 4. Business bonus contains 2 schemes and types of bonuses: Direct bonus and 1-year plant bonus.

Direct bonus

Just like the basic bonus plan, each user will receive an instant percentage of the referrals one-time fee payment amount. That sum would be immediately sent to the user’s balance. The percentage reduced from the referral’s user payment fees would be fixed at 15% for each stage, but also for each referral level stage below would be as follow: 12%, 10%, 6%, and 4%. Therefore, when every user below the referral places their payment fees, the previous percentage would be reduced from that placed payment fees and paid to the top user.

1-year plant bonus

This bonus will be calculated instantly, but there is a possibility for withdrawals one year after the first one-time payment fees amount. It is not allowed for the users to request it before that date. The users can only request all the direct payment fees and second-hand bonuses at any time.

The first-year plant bonus is calculated on a single-year basis and it is paid from the referral user’s plant bonus from each level. Percentage reduced from the referral’s user payment fee would be fixed at 10% for each stage, but also for each referral level stages below would be as follows: 8%, 6%, 4%, 2%. Thereafter, when every user below the referral receives their yearly plant bonus, the previous percentage would be reduced from that plant bonus and will be paid to the top user.

MyPlantz reserves the right to modify or change the terms and conditions of the Affiliate Program at any time without prior notice. Users are encouraged to regularly review these terms and conditions to stay informed of any changes.

Risks

The Affiliates understand and acknowledge that there are potential risks associated with participating in the Affiliate Program, including but not limited to:

Market risk: The returns mentioned for each package are estimated based on the current CBD sales market prices in Switzerland. However, the market prices can vary, and the Company cannot guarantee the accuracy of these projections.

Production risk: The production process and costs can change at any time during the growing process, which can affect the final product price. The Company will take all necessary measures to keep costs under control and minimize risks, but there is no guarantee that these efforts will be successful.

Market sale price: The final sale price of the product can also vary, and the Company cannot guarantee the price of the product. The Company has applied for a THC license, which, if approved, may increase the starting selling price by two to three times the current average, but there is no guarantee that this will happen.

The Affiliates understand and agree that they assume these risks and any other potential risks associated with participating in the Affiliate Program. The Company is not responsible for any loss or damage that may result from these risks.

Commissions

Bonus commissions will be based on the total sales generated by the affiliate and from the plant packages. The commission rate will be disclosed to affiliates and growers prior to their participation in the Affiliate Program and to the chosen packages. All the plant and referral bonuses will be calculated and paid in USDT (Tether) ERC-20 cryptocurrency, but all users balances will be denominated in EUR currency.

Advertising and Promotion Affiliates may only promote the Company’s products and services in a manner that is lawful and in accordance with the Company’s advertising and promotion guidelines. The Company reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the Affiliate Program if they engage in any unlawful or inappropriate advertising or promotion.

Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the Affiliate Program at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, the affiliate will forfeit any outstanding commissions.

Limitation of Liability

The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from an affiliate’s participation in the Affiliate Program.

Confidentiality

Affiliates will maintain the confidentiality of all information and materials provided by the Company and will not disclose such information to any third party.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Company is located.

Changes to the Terms

The Company reserves the right to change these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes and will be required to accept the updated Terms before continuing to participate in the Affiliate Program. By participating in the Affiliate Program, affiliates agree to be bound by these Terms.
